SHIPPING & DELIVERY 

Each address you choose to ship is considered a separate order and subject to applicable shipping and handling fees.  Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided during checkout.  Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if applicable. We do not ship to PO boxes.

Delivery times will vary according to the delivery address and may take up to 5-7 business days once your order has been processed.  Orders are typically processed in 2 business days. 

SUR MOI is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from SUR MOI or its agents’ address to the delivery address.  SUR MOI is also not responsible for any delays in delivery.  Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
