Returns + Exchange Policies
We understand and always try our best to get your complete satisfaction on all Sur Moi orders, but we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. We accept returns within 30 days of invoice date as long as there’s at least 80% of the product remaining. Please note: This applies to full bottle fragrance products only. Incense and Sample sets do not apply. There will be no returns or refunds once purchased.

Once authorized, please send to the following address. Please note, SUR MOI does not cover return shipping or refund shipping costs. Customers are asked to use Canada Post to ship returns.

Damaged Or Missing Products
Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you receive a damaged product (broken bottle, tube or closure), or if you are missing an item in your order. We will either track your package or replace the damaged items at our expense. For exchanges, all damaged items must be sent to our offices for a new unit.
PRE ORDER TERMS
By purchasing our pre order fragrances or products you are agreeing to the terms that are clearly outlined below each of our pre order products. No returns or Refunds will be given for pre orders as they are made to order specifically for each customer.
